On June 6,<\/span> 1941,<\/span> in his article “K\u00ednh c\u00e1o \u0111\u1ed3ng b\u00e0o” (A Respectful Appeal to Compatriots),<\/span> President Ho Chi Minh advised that:<\/span> “The elderly are a priceless treasure of the nation and the State.”<\/b> It is based on this immense significance that the 6th of June annually was designated as the Vietnamese Elderly Day.<\/span><\/p>\n

This day is not only a time for veneration but also a profound reminder that the elderly should not be forgotten in the rush of modern life.<\/span> They deserve attention,<\/span> care,<\/span> and gratitude \u2013 not just through words,<\/span> but through concrete actions.<\/span><\/p>\n
